At SpeakingEyes Foundation, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our donors and supporters. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may lead to a need for cancellation. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Donation Cancellations

Immediate Cancellations: If you have made a donation by mistake or wish to cancel your donation for any reason, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction. We will process the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Recurring Donations: If you are enrolled in a recurring donation plan, you can cancel your future donations at any time by contacting us at info@speakingeyes.com or through your account on our website. Cancellations will be effective immediately, and no further donations will be charged.

2. Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are generally only available for cancellations requested within 24 hours of the donation. If you believe there has been an error or need special assistance, please contact us, and we will review your case.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be returned to the same payment method used during the donation.
